Pork Chops Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 center cut pork chops
1 can chicken gumbo soup
prepared mustard, salt, pepper and flour
Preparation

Spread mustard on both sides of chops.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides.
Cover with the soup plus 1/2 cup water.
Simmer about 1 hour until tender.
This dish is wonderful served with mashed potatoes.
It makes a delicious brown gravy.
