Julie Zalar'S Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. medium rye flour (Robinhood)
    1 c. lukewarm water
    6 c. white flour (Sapphire)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Break yeast into water.
    Add sugar and let stand until foamy. Make a well in flour.
    Add salt and 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add foamy yeast mixture.
    Mix with wooden spoon, adding enough lukewarm water to form dough.
    Mix well.
    Let rise 10 to 15 minutes.
    Then knead dough and place it in a greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
    Form 4 round loaves.
    Grease and flour 4 pie plates.
    Place loaves on pie plates and let rise until doubled in size.
    Brush top of loaves with milk.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
