Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen peas
    1 c. raw Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 to 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. sweet pickles, cut small
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped ham
Preparation
    Boil peas 2 minutes; stir in rice and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    When serving, decorate with strips of ham and cheese.
    Keep refrigerated.
