Lemon Jello Cake - cooking recipe

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jell-O
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon and 1 tsp. grated lemon peel (if desired)
Preparation

Mix cake mix, Jell-O and Crisco oil.
Add apricot nectar, eggs and lemon and lemon peel.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (varies).
