Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. bran
1 cake yeast
2 Tbsp. melted oil
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then add dissolved yeast and water. Knead.
Set to rise in moderate temperature for 3 hours.
Knead, put in pans and let rise until dough doubles in size.
Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven.
