Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
1 c. sour cream
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
salt, pepper, red pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute onions in butter. Add cheese and sour cream. Add seasonings. Put Tater Tots in casserole dish. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer. Serves 8.
