Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half (1 pt.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Butter bread and cut into small cubes. Place in bottom of buttered 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Sprinkle sausage over top of bread cubes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Combine remaining ingredients, beating well and pour over top of sausage and bread.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 40 to 50 minutes, covered, except for last 10 minutes so to allow browning.
