Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken, boned
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. oleo margarine
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large oblong pan (14 1/2 x 8 x 2-inch), layer in order: chicken, mixed vegetables and sliced eggs.
In saucepan, heat together broth, margarine and soup.
Pour this mixture over layers.
Mix together flour, milk, baking powder and salt.
Mix well and pour evenly over ingredients in pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
