Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. baking potatoes
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sweet paprika
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    12 c. chicken stock*
    flour (for dusting)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and quarter potatoes lengthwise. Place in a 3 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add remaining ingredients except chicken stock.
    Coat potatoes evenly with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add chicken stock and bake 1/2 to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
    Turn potatoes a few times while baking.
    Near the end of the baking time, dust the potatoes with flour.
    Place them under broiler until nicely browned.
