Three-Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced thick
2 medium chopped onions
1/4 c. butter, cubed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. crumbled bacon or ham
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes in baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Combine Parmesan and 3/4 cup of each cheese and sprinkle over potatoes.
Top with bacon, butter, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
