Beth'S Chile Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 wonton wrappers
    1 lb. sausage meat, removed from skin
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1/2 c. smooth salsa
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    scallions for garnish
Preparation
    Saute sausage meat and cook.
    Add chilies, salsa and cheese. Spray mini-muffin pan with baking spray; individually fit wonton wrappers into pans as a shell.
    Spoon in filling.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Garnish with sour cream and chopped scallions before serving.
