Creamy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 boxes confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese in heavy metal 2-quart pan on medium heat.
    Add vanilla and cocoa.
    Stir well until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugar.
    Mix well until smooth.
    Fold in nuts and spoon into buttered pan or dish.
    Spread and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
