All-In-One Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
Preparation

Spread rice on bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole.
Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper together.
Sprinkle 1/3 mix over the rice.
Dot with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
Mix hamburg and onion.
Spread over rice.
Repeat flour mixture and butter as before.
Make a layer of tomatoes, including liquid..
Repeat flour and butter.
Spread corn on top.
Dot with remaining butter. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
