Oven Roasted Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    4 jumbo onions (about 1 1/4 lb. each)
    salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Grease
    two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pans with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
    Cut onions crosswise into 3/4-inch thick slices.
    Place onion slices in single layer in pans.
    Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 teaspoon of salt.
    Brush onion slices with half of oil mixture.
    Place pans in oven and roast at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Watch closely!
