Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen mixed veggies
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. torn up bread pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    pinch of thyme
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Cook veggies, hot water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Drain, reserving liquid.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in 2 cups pulled apart bread pieces. Reserve for topping.
