Baked Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, peeled and grated
    1/4 c. onion, grated
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. hot milk
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a well-greased casserole. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until firm. Exact time will depend on depth of potatoes in casserole.
