Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small cans green chilies
2 small cans chopped olives
2 to 3 lb. lean ground beef
3 lb. red rind cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large pkg. corn tortillas
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain and add onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Grate cheese; add chilies and olives (set aside). Heat soups together.
Cook tortillas (keep them hot).
Alternately put meat mixture and cheese mixture in tortillas.
Roll and put in long baking pans.
Pour soups over top of tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
