Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift all dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
    Stir yeast into buttermilk and mix into smooth dough.
    Roll out and cut as regular biscuits.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Let rise a little before baking.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until done.
