Spiced Peach Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large peaches
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
sugar to taste
Preparation

Peel and cut peaches into chunks.
Process until coarsely chopped.
Combine juice, spices and peaches in a heavy pan. Simmer 1 to 2 hours, stirring frequently, until thick.
Sweeten to taste and stir thoroughly to mix sugar.
Cool and refrigerate.
