Red Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red beans
    1 c. cooked tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 slices bacon
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated American cheese or your choice of cheese
Preparation
    Wash, soak and cook beans until tender.
    Remove bay leaf. Drain beans.
    Thoroughly drain tomatoes and cut into spoon size pieces.
    Mix and cook all ingredients, except bacon and cheese. Put mixture into casserole and top, in order, with cheese and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Place casserole under broiler about 5 minutes or until evenly crisped.
    Makes 5 (5 ounce) servings.
