Marinated Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew
    2 tsp. fat
    1/2 c. onion
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat until tender.
    Mix sauce.
    Add meat.
    Marinate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until all sauce is absorbed.
