Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onion.
    Heat sour cream, mushroom soup, evaporated milk and cheese; when blended, add green chilies.
    Fry tortillas until soft in small amount of oil.
    Roll hamburger in tortillas and place in baking dish.
    Pour sauce over; heat at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
