Pork Chop Or Chicken Bake(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 pork chops (no bones) or 4 chicken breasts, skinned
    flour
    1 small can corn, drained
Preparation
    Put rice and water in flat 10 x 10 x 2-inch casserole pan. Stir in onion soup mix, onion, pepper and corn; mix well.
    Flour meat and place on top of soup mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
