Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat flour, salt, margarine and sugar in bowl on medium until crumbly.
    Press in dish firmly.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
