Fried Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled crawfish tails
    4 oz. milk
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. flour
    seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Make a mixture of eggs, milk, baking powder and vinegar. Marinate crawfish tails in this for about 2 hours. Remove and season with salt and red pepper. Dip in flour and fry in hot fat until done. Doesn't take long.
