Crepes Fines Sucrees(Light Batter For Crepes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    You will also need an electric blender and a rubber scraper. (If you don't have an electric blender, proceed as follows: Gradually work the egg yolks into the flour with a wooden spoon; beat in the liquids by droplets, then strain batter through a fine sieve.)
