Shrimp Harnisch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper (thin slices)
    1/2 onion, chopped
    thyme (season to taste)
    pepper (season to taste)
    1 small can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    4 c. white rice
    2 shots Louisiana hot sauce
    salt (season to taste)
    olive oil
Preparation
    Clean shrimp.
    In frying pan, saute shrimp in olive oil.
    Add vegetables, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and spice to taste.
    Let simmer 12 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
