Mrs. Bonham'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Beat together oil, eggs and sugar.
Sift together next five ingredients.
Add sifted, dry ingredients alternately with apples, to egg mixture and mix well.
Stir in pecans and half of morsels.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining morsels.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1
hour.
