Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. whole chicken
2 c. Minute rice
2 c. chicken broth
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. green bell pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Cook chicken until tender.
Remove from bones.
Set aside. Use two cups of chicken broth.
Cook rice in broth.
Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan; cook until tender.
