Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes
    2 tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients. Place half the potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with half onion and half sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
