Casper'S Cracker Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. round butter crackers
    1 c. peanut butter (approximately)
    2 lb. white dipping chocolate
Preparation
    Spread the crackers liberally with the peanut butter.
    Set aside.
    Melt white dipping chocolate in a double boiler.
    Holding each cracker with tongs, dip into the melted chocolate.
    Spread wax paper under cooling rack and let the crackers dry on a rack.
    Store in a cool place.
    Makes 3 dozen.
