Raw Apple Cake(8-Inch Layer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. diced apples
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and egg. Sift flour with salt and soda. Add to cream mixture. Add vanilla. Fold in nuts, raisins and apples. Bake in square pan, floured, oiled and lined with wax paper. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
