Tropical Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    6 oz. Neufchatel cheese or cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Cut oranges in half.
    Combine pineapple and oranges.
    Add coconut and chill.
    Combine cheese and 1/3 cup juice.
    Stir brown sugar into cheese mixture.
    Spoon atop fruit-coconut mixture.
    Makes 4 or 5 servings.
