Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small jar picante sauce
oregano to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 large head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 block Cheddar cheese
2 cans pinto beans
1 bag Fritos (12 oz.)
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation

Brown ground meat and onion.
Saute in picante sauce.
Add oregano and garlic salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, chop lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
To this mixture, add 2 cans of pinto beans, which have been drained.
Crunch Fritos and mix together with meat mixture and add Catalina dressing.
Add to bowl of stuff and mix.
Serve with tortilla chips.
