Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in casserole.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 10 x 10 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
