Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. shrimp
    1 small diced onion
    1/4 diced bell pepper
    pinch of thyme
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in bacon grease until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, sugar and thyme.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
