Maryland Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1/2 small green pepper, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Make white sauce using the first 6 ingredients.
Add green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and crabmeat and pour into a casserole.
Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 450\u00b0 until brown. Serves 4.
