Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. tomato puree
2 1/4 c. tomatoes
11 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 stalk celery
1 1/2 mango
1 onion
1/3 bulb garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Grind celery, mango and garlic.
Saute in olive oil until brown.
Add meat.
Cook until meat is well done.
Add tomato products and seasoning.
Simmer until done.
