Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted cake flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add the milk, Crisco and melted chocolate.
Beat vigorously by hand or at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat two minutes more.
