Krinkle'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 can thin-sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    few drops soy sauce
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients and fold into a greased casserole pan.
    Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until heated through.
    This can also be made with leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
