Wonderful Meatballs And Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. 90% fat-free ground beef
    salt and pepper
    3 pieces white (not wheat) bread, with crusts removed and which are slightly wet from faucet water (not too wet)
    Parmesan cheese (canned is okay) or you can use Romano
    Italian seasoning and basil
Preparation
    Put ground beef in a large bowl; salt and pepper.
    Add the white, wet bread and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
    Add egg and mix well and make quarter size balls (steam thoroughly) and put into the sauce which is cooking at same time.
    Should be steamed enough to have no pink in them before sauced.
