Summery Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O gelatin
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Make Jell-O by directions in a mold or large casserole dish. Chill in refrigerator until it is the consistency of raw egg whites.
Add pineapple, carrots and pecans and mix evenly.
Chill until firm.
This recipe can be doubled if you have a large mold.
