Mimi'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1 can pumpkin pie filling
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add molasses and pumpkin.
    Combine flour with salt, soda and spices.
    Add water.
    Beat until smooth. Pour into 3 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
