Bilon(Philippines Chow Mein) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Bihon (rice sticks) *
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1/2 stalk celery, cut thin
    3 carrots, cut thin
    1 small onion, cut thin
    1/2 small cabbage, cut thin
    3 buttons garlic, mashed
    soy sauce
    white pepper
Preparation
    Fry garlic until it's brown;
    add the onion and chicken. When the meat is done, add the rest of the ingredients.
    Remove from the skillet or pan.
    Put 2 cups of water to the remaining juice in the pan and add soy sauce and pepper to taste.
    Let it boil, then put the Bihon until it's cooked.
    Mix them with the vegetables and serve.
    Garnish with sliced boiled eggs and green onions.
    Serves 4.
