Spaghetti Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1/3 c. tomato ketchup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
1 to 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 small box spaghetti
Preparation

Melt margarine or butter in a heavy skillet and saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
Add ground beef and stir until beef loses its redness.
Add tomatoes, ketchup, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about one hour.
Additional seasonings may be added if desired:
such as celery seed, chili powder or oregano.
Use salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Serves 4.
