Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10-inch) pastry shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground hot sausage, browned and drained
1/2 c. grated onion
3 eggs
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prick pastry shell and bake 12 minutes. Remove shell and reduce temperature to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix cheeses, sausage and onion.
In a smaller bowl, beat eggs with cream.
Combine ingredients and pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
