Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    cracker crumbs or bread crumb topping
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.
    In a shallow baking dish, mix together the spinach, soup mix, cheese and sour cream; cover mixture with cracker crumbs or bread crumb topping.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
