Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. onions, thinly sliced
14 c. beef bouillon
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until golden, not brown.
Add other ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 hours.
