Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    bananas
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. water
    chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs in saucepan with wire whip.
    Add sugar, water and vinegar.
    Cook until thick continuously mixing and whip while cooking.
    Cool.
    Cut each banana in 4 pieces on large platter. Cover with mixture, then peanuts.
