Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans mild roasted chili peppers (whole)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Butter an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Slit peppers and remove seeds.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add milk and flour and beat with eggs. Place layer of peppers laying flat on bottom.
    Top with layer of cheese; repeat peppers and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese and peppers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
